Unsettled

Do you ever have days where you just feel “unsettled”?  I’ve been like that all day today…like I’m really anxious about something, yet I don’t know what.  I hate that.  I hope it’s gone when I wake up tomorrow.

First, I want to report that I really like both of my new books, having now had a chance to look at them.  I haven’t read the border book too indepth, yet, but it has some great border ideas, with what seem to be good explanations as to how to carry them out.  I’m looking [...]

New Books to Read

I ordered a couple of books while looking for that bunny, on the online www.fabshophop.com .  I ran across a BOGO sale at www.quiltersobsession.com . I’ve thought before that I would like to know how to make these fabric bowls & baskets, and I liked the look of this border book, and what could be better than getting [...]

Today started off like normal, with coffee , only not as early as most days.  Then I had to do emergency grooming on Lulu.  She is having a horrible time with allergies this year.  I have already taken her for shots, but she keeps itching.  Yesterday, while we were at work, she apparently [...]

What am I thinking???

Someone, slap me upside the head with a fat quarter!  WHY am I dragging fabrics out of the stash to start another project?  Seriously, why?? Do I not have enough other projects going on that I need to be working on? So what is this pile of fabric doing in my quilting room floor, hoping to [...]
